Kazoolo SportsMate uses SMS messaging to send one-time passcodes (OTPs) and authentication messages to users who are logging into their accounts, creating new accounts, verifying their identity, resetting passwords, or completing account security actions.

Kazoolo SportsMate, a mobile and web application that helps users find, organize, and participate in local sports activities and pickup games.

Recipients:
Individuals who voluntarily register for a Kazoolo SportsMate account and provide a mobile phone number during registration or account management.

Purpose of Messages:
Messages are sent exclusively for account authentication and security purposes. Users may receive one-time verification codes, login verification codes, password reset codes, account verification messages, or multi-factor authentication (MFA) codes required to securely access their Sports Mate account.

• Your Kazoolo SportsMate verification code is 123456. Do not share this code with anyone.
• Your Kazoolo SportsMate login code is 654321. This code expires in 10 minutes.
